I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. We have been trying to resolve an issue since last April. Finally, in May they told us they would take care of it. The issue was not taken care of and as of now January 2025 , the issue is still not taken care of. They keep telling us, they will get it taken care of right away and still nothing. They say they will call back us back and they don’t. Worst dealership experience we have ever had.

Kyle is a great sales guy, I had a excellent purchase. He goes the xtra mile,also helping with apps and accessories. He also helped load my crap back in truck at way after close!!!

I spoke to Kyle Buss a couple times over the phone and he stated they would honor the same price as other dealerships, give me the same offer for my trade in plus more as other dealers and made it sound great. I drove 1 hour and 30 minutes for complete disappointment… I got there and nobody was there to greet me, I had to go find someone, I got the keys and went for a test drive (the vehicle only had a range of 14 miles because there was no gas in it) so my test drive sucked, the vehicle was trashed inside, cosmetic damage and this was suppose to be a brand new vehicle… they obviously don’t care about presentation when people come to buy vehicles. I had spoke my concerns to the manager and he replied with “how many men was your wife with before you? I can’t keep track of everyone who drives the vehicle”…. He then goes on and says we will take care of you and get numbers where you want them I said ok great. Kyle came over and said I’ll give you an offer and if you don’t like it then I don’t care because I sold over 26k cars in my life time and I’m this and that very arrogant and self centered… definitely shows he doesn’t care about the customers. I left the dealership because he pretty much lied over the phone just to get me into the dealership and waste my day. I will let everyone know never to go to this dealership due to the disgusting comments made by the manager, and how disrespectful Kyle is. Vehicles are trashed and dirty on the inside, not inspected before allowing people to test drive.

Service was very thorough and done in a timely fashion. Employees were very friendly and didn't use any pressure tactics to sell upgrades for unnecessary replacement products. Would definitely visit again!

Napleton - Beaver Dam was phenomenal to work with. They staff was super friendly and helpful. We were looking to purchase a GMC Acadia AT4, but they did not have any in stock at the time, so Kyle worked his magic and was able to get one sent in from a different location. In the future, we will not look anywhere else other than Napleton-Beaver Dam to purchase another vehicle.
